Minimum Qualifications

To work as a Dietitian 2 at the Office of Mental Health (OMH), you must be currently registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) as a Registered Dietitian (RD); or you must be certified in dietetics-nutrition with the New York State Education Department (NYSED) and have completed a minimum of an additional 400 hours of supervised dietetics practice under the supervision of a RD.
